This meditation can be used as a daily practice or anytime you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious and ungrounded. During this time of uncertainty there is plenty of fear and panic in the collective. When I am out in public I feel this energy throughout. It is hard to stay grounded and calm. This meditation is helpful to create some calm and grounded-ness in our lives right now.
