Acupuncture is an ancient healing modality that increases circulation and energy flow throughout the body in order to promote healing.

Acupuncture originated in China more than 2,000 years ago making it one of the oldest medical practices. It has since spread throughout Asia and the rest of the world. Acupuncture is the insertion of tiny, sterilized, disposable needles into specific points along meridian channels.

Tui Na translates to "pushing, grasping." It is Chinese medical massage and utilizes acupuncture points and meridian flow (circulation).

Like acupuncture, Tui Na promotes the smooth flow of “qi and blood” and improves circulation which resolves symptoms. Tui Na is particularly effective in treating the physical body (muscles, tendons and joints).  It is very helpful with structural alignment, orthopedic conditions and dance/sports injuries.

Heat Therapy

Heated tables and Infrared lamps warm and relax tight and spasmed muscles.

Heat therapy is applied with special TDP infrared lamps which have a mineral plate consisting of 33 elements. The mineral plate emits a unique band of far infrared electromagnetic energy which is easily recognized by human cells therefore penetrating deeply into the body. This relieves stress, releases tension and promotes healing.
